Rose Scott's "The Tenth Life" is a series of short stories that will appeal to the young (and the not-so-young) in differing, but meaningful ways. It's not at all difficult for me to imagine sharing these tales with a smallish, wide-eyed grandchild perched on my lap. And I challenge any grown readers to ponder the adventures of this book's gifted, talented creatures without breaking out in a big smile and reliving some cherished critter-related moments unique to your own lives.
Personal preferences are put aside here. Cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, winged avians, domesticated or wild.....all have a place in God's creation and bring joy to so many others their own special ways.

Just read The Tenth Life- a great book for pet lovers and heartwarming stories as well! This book will be an excellent gift for children and all animal enthusiasts.
